September is Awareness month.
One of those most important subjects to be aware of is your own state of being. Meditation is a priceless tool in the practice of self-awareness. Over the rest of Awareness month we will share with you the wonderful benefits of Awareness/Mindfulness Meditation.
Benefits of Meditation: Pain management, Relaxes muscle tension, Reduces PMS, Helps with weight-loss, builds self-confidence, helps let go of bad habits, builds positive attitude.
